Exchange Policy
We put a lot of love into crafting and packing your orders, but if something doesn’t arrive as it should, we’ve got your back!
- Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged state.
- How to Request an Exchange:
- Kindly record a video while unboxing the product as proof of its condition upon arrival. This helps us assess the issue and take appropriate action quickly.
- Email the video along with your order details to ooljaloolshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Process: If approved, the exchange will be processed back to you within 7–12 business days after the same is approved by the team.
